One day in a shopping arcade, Hikari who can't persuade his dream of becoming an athlete, nor can't focus on his work at the grocery store, which is his family business, had a dream of a camel walking down the shopping arcade . Rakuda(camel) which can survive 40 days without eating and drinking is a god of business so Hikari and his cheerful companies at the shopping arcade try to bring a camel to their arcade and hold a Rakuda festival. "The camel will make your dream come true!"

They raise money for the festival but somebody stole the contribution. The mystery of this incident was a key to the secret of the shopping arcade… Hikari struggles with the whole situation including his relationship with his old friend Takuma who just came back from the U.S. and Karin who is the girl of Hikari's dreams, and then he finds out that the grandmother whom Hikari and Takuma loves has a clue about the mystery.
